Luke 21:34 – “Watch out! Don’t let your hearts be dulled by carousing and drunkenness, and by the worries of this life. Mark 7:21-22 – For from within, out of men’s hearts, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, 22 greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly. Matthew 22:37 – Jesus replied: ” ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ Matthew 18:35 – ”This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother from your heart.” Matthew 15:19 – For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander. Matthew 15:18 – But the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and these make a man ‘unclean.’ Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.’ Matthew 13:15 – For this people’s heart has become calloused they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. For out of the overflow of his heart his mouth speaks.
Luke 6:45 – The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. Matthew 12:34 – You brood of vipers, how can you who are evil say anything good? For out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks. Matthew 11:29 – Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. “Take heart, daughter,” he said, “your faith has healed you.” And the woman was healed from that moment. Proverbs 28:14 – Blessed is the man who always fears the LORD, but he who hardens his heart falls into trouble. Proverbs 27:19 – As water reflects a face, so a man’s heart reflects the man. Proverbs 17:22 – A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. Proverbs 15:13 – A happy heart makes the face cheerful, but heartache crushes the spirit. Proverbs 14:30 – A heart at peace gives life to the body, but envy rots the bones. Proverbs 4:23 – Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life.
